When a Break Lasts too Long…
People don’t continue to follow you. I am sure there are a few people who may wonder what I am upto and that’s great. Blogging today for me so I can get back on track. I enjoy sharing my story. Why… who the hell knows. I just do.
(Uffda… this computer is frustrating me.) My PC is needing a trip to the hospital so it is in the back of my van. I think I will give it a ride to Dickinson tomorrow and hope they can take a look at it. Using my Mom’s laptop and some functions are super slow. I may take this in for a visit to the computer fixers as well.
Anyway, my last post was FOREVER and a day ago. It was about this girl who was signed up to run a half-marathon and why she wanted to do it. She wrote an amazing list and she almost believed the story herself… then she didn’t and things went to hell in her plan and she didn’t fight to stay with it… she let it go… again.
That was me… in case you didn’t know. Two years in a row I signed up for the half-marathon in Fargo. Two years in a row I completed the 10K. Today I am not going to write about the Fargo 10K but will post just one pic from the day. I did finish it. And here I am with my “participation” medal as my brother, son, and husband like to call it.
Fargo was fun and I will blog about it, but I just wanted to let everyone… ha ha. Let my three fans who read this blog know I am still here and I am still thinking about the blog and the writing and all of it. Just lots going on and I don’t make myself sit down and put the words down. I was watching Flicka with my girls and the girl, Katy, is supposed to write an essay during finals for 2 hours. She didn’t write one word in the Blue Book. She told her dad, “I wrote it in my head. I just didn’t put it on the paper.” That’s how many of my posts are these days. I write them in my head, but don’t get much further.
Which leads me to a topic for a post on another day… Reasons… that is the title. And I am excited to write it.
The list of things I dream of writing or want to write and tell everyone is long.
2. Making Changes
3. Finding that Special Someone
4. I Still Use My Real Camera (but don’t print a darn thing)
There are four just to get your curiousity peaked. This post has taken me three attempts at the computer and is so disjointed I am not even sure on posting it. It is 24 hours (at least) since I started this post. Things are chaotic in my head and in my words that are here…
But what I want to get posted and let you know I will be back again this week with more. Likely some pics of my girls and maybe Trevor too…
Thanks for sticking with me… I appreciate it.
